Adoption Application – Double Dog Dare Rescue

This application helps us ensure that our dogs find the right fit for their forever home.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to adopt.

Current animals (dogs/cats) must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. (Some vet exceptions may apply).

This application will take about 10-20 minutes to fill out. What you will need:

Please note: our rescue is volunteer based, and sometimes it takes longer to process applications. We strive to approve applications within 1-2 weeks, however large influxes and difficulties reaching references can delay this process.

We do not typically require home checks to approve applications, though we reserve the right to do so if needed. We respect both your time and privacy, but ultimately we're responsible for the welfare of the dogs in our care, and we strive to give them forever homes that are right for both them and their owners.
