Foster Application – Double Dog Dare Rescue

This application helps us ensure that we get the right placement for our foster dogs. Each dogs has different needs, and the information you provide helps us find the correct match!

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to adopt.

This application will take about 10-20 minutes to fill out. What you will need:

Please note: our rescue is volunteer based, and sometimes it takes longer to process applications. We strive to approve applications within 1-2 weeks, however large influxes and difficulties reaching references can delay this process.
